New Paris St Germain boss Christopher Galtier has dismissed speculation linking Presnel to Kimpembe Chelsea.
Thomas Tuchel is looking to bolster his defense this summer and has focused on the French centre-back after signing the French centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly from Naples.
But Galtier says he read the reports and laughed about it with the player, although he didn’t rule out a possible transfer.

Speak with The team, he said: “I have read everything that has been said about Kimpembe. We even laughed about it together.
“I like him – he’s a great centre-back but what’s going to happen I don’t know.”
Chelsea are on the hunt for defenders this summer after Antonio Rudiger and Anders Christensen left.
The Blues confirmed the £34million signing of Koulibaly on Saturday and more reinforcements are expected before the start of the new season.
Alongside Nathan Ake, who now wants to stay at Manchester City, Kimpembe is said to be high on the club’s radar.

Chelsea officially confirmed the signing of Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli on Saturday
The 26-year-old has already worked with Tuchel during the German’s two-and-a-half-year tenure at the Parc des Princes.
Kimpembe has spent his entire career at PSG, joining PSG aged nine and making 221 appearances for the club to date.
Koulibaly’s signing was Chelsea’s second signing this summer following the arrival of Raheem Sterling earlier in the week.
Tuchel’s side are hoping to build on last season’s third place as they didn’t have a title challenge.
The Stamford Bridge side will open the new season on August 6 with a trip to Everton before hosting Tottenham the following week.
