Steve Coopers Nottingham Forest are pushing for a move to sign ‘Real Betis left-back Alex Moreno’.
Betis had an excellent season last year and finished fifth That Liga and won the Copa Del Rey.
Moreno was an important part of their success, scoring five goals in 38 games. It was an impressive performance from the 29-year-old, who has spent much of his career in Spain’s second division.

According to reports in the athleteNegotiations between the clubs are at an “early stage” but they are “optimistic” the deal will go through.
They also reported that Moreno would be open to a transfer if the clubs could agree on terms.
It comes as a surprise that Forest will be linked with another full-back as they have already bought Neco Williams from Liverpool and Omar RIChards from Bayern Munich.

The Tricky Trees are also expected to complete the signings of Huddersfield’s Lewis O’Brien and Harry Toffolo in the next few days, which would take their summer spending to over £70m.
The shopping spree has left them looking particularly strong at the back after they picked up veteran Bundesliga defender Moussa Niakhate for an initial £8.5m earlier this month.
It remains to be seen how quickly these signings will establish themselves in the Premier League, but Forest are keen to establish themselves in the top flight.
