Manchester United fans have taken to social media to praise Erik ten Hag for “firing” Marcus Rashford and Donny van de Beek during their pre-season tour Thailand and Australia.
The Red Devils beat both Liverpool and Melbourne win before posting a 3-1 win against crystal palace in their preseason test match at the MCG on Tuesday.
Rashford and Van de Beek have played a key role in the club’s success this summer – scoring goals and providing assists against Melbourne Victory and their Premier League counterparts Crystal Palace.

The goal against Palace came after an impressive build-up game. Anthony Martial grabbed the ball out of the air, turned and passed it to Sancho.
Sancho shoved it back to Martial – who picked up the ball Fire Yards from goal and played it to Van de Beek.
Van de Beek stayed calm in possession and fired it across the box at Rashford – who went unmarked.
The England international tucked it away to see Manchester United take a 2-0 lead in the game they eventually won 3-1.



Fans have taken to social media to praise the ‘Ten Hag Effect’ at the club – claiming it has got Rashford and Van de Beek ‘boiling’.
One supporter took to Twitter to write: “You know Ten Hag’s ball is in full effect when Donny and Rashford cook”.
Another added: “Rashford wow what a goal” after watching his effort against Crystal Palace on Tuesday.
One fan added: “Great play by Anthony Martial and Donny Von de Beek to set up Rashford!!” before putting “Donny” next to two fire emojis.
While another supporter wrote: “You [United] look great! The ball flows well, plays high pressure, Martial, Sancho and Rashford look confident. It needs some minor adjustments but I think our signings will be able to fix that.
