Hasan Salihamidzic says Bayern Munich have no interest in signing Cristiano Ronaldo

Cristiano Ronaldo is keen to leave Manchester United but has run out of viable options
“I have great respect for Cristiano Ronaldo, his achievements and his career. But once again: that was and is not an issue for us.” Salihamidzic tells SPORT1.
The latest cancellation is another blow to Ronaldo and his desire to leave Manchester United in the summer transfer window. With Bayern, the youngest club pulls out of the race.
Chelsea and PSG have also distanced themselves with striker changes, while early interest from Napoli and Atletico Madrid also appear to have waned.

Earlier this week Cristiano turned down a proposal to join an unnamed Saudi Arabian club that would have made United number seven the highest-paid footballer in the world.
The club had made an offer of £25million to United and were looking to offer Ronaldo a staggering £250million in salaries over the next two seasons if he agreed to move to the Middle East.
However, his desire to still be in contention for big trophies in a top flight in the twilight years of his career means a move to Saudi Arabia is not an option.

Robert Lewandowski says goodbye to FC Bayern Munich after a deal with Barcelona
While Ronaldo may not go to Bayern, they may still need to recruit at forward level after finally agreeing to sell Robert Lewandowski to Barcelona.
The Polish hitman has made no secret of his desire to join the Spanish giants and a £42million fee has been agreed with Barcelona. Lewandowski will fly to the club today to finalize the deal.
The German champions have already spent £35.1million to bring Sadio Mane from Liverpool and have also added Ryan Gravenberch and Noussair Mazraoui to their ranks ahead of the new Bundesliga season.
