Manchester United‘s willfully forward Cristiano Ronaldo has apparently broken the silence surrounding his future at the club by posting a training photo in the United kit.
The Portuguese legend, who is known to be devoted to maintaining his physique, wore United shorts in an Instagram post captioned “HARD WORK” as Ronaldo prepares for another season.
He has previously announced his intention to leave the club after another disappointing trophy-less season, but the post could suggest an agreement has been reached at Old Trafford on the club icon’s whereabouts.

New manager Erik ten Hag is adamant the five-time Ballon d’Or winner was still in his plans for next season, saying: “We plan Cristiano Ronaldo for the season and that’s it.
“I look forward to working with him. Cristiano is not for sale. He is in our plans and we want to be successful together
“I spoke to him before this problem arose. I had a conversation with him and I had a good conversation. It’s between Cristiano and me.”

Ronaldo is absent from the Tour for pitiful reasons amid speculation about his future
Ronaldo has asked to leave United, who will play in the Europa League next season, if the right offer arrives and he is away from the tour, after being granted a compassionate leave of absence for personal reasons.
Ronaldo had previously been linked with a sensational move to Premier League rivals Chelsea after announcing his intention to leave the Red Devils.
New Blues owner Todd Boehly was open to the move, but after talks with Germany manager Thomas Tuchel, the club officially ended their interest in Ronaldo, with Tuchel reportedly focusing more on the team than the individual.

Ronaldo has urged Manchester United to accept a reasonable offer if one comes this summer
French giants Paris Saint-Germain are understood to have also turned down a chance to switch for the striker, who appears to have limited options after several of the world’s top sides distanced themselves from his services.
In fact, the only offer he has received since his shock announcement has come from a Saudi Arabian side, offering him a chance to end his glittering career there.
CNN Portugal say the club would not only pay United a transfer fee of around £25million to sign Ronaldo, but offer him a salary in the region of £105million a season over two years.
