Sir Tony Blair, 69, has called on Western nations to unite to devise a strategy to counter China’s rise as the “world’s second superpower”.
On China, Sir Tony, 69, said it has already caught up with the United States in many areas of technology, while President Xi Jinping has made no secret of his ambitions to bring Taiwan back under Beijing’s rule.
