After Limbaugh moved, he and Kathryn bought several lots to create something celebrity net worth is referred to as a “multi-structure compound” consisting of about five different properties.
Since the pandemic began, real estate in the Palm Beach area has exploded, with sales in the tens and hundreds of millions of dollars for the likes of Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison.
The potential valuation of $175 million, if met, would break Ellison’s record $173 million for home sales.
The main house has seven bedrooms, a dozen bathrooms, and a two-story library, fully accessible via an elevator.
The mansion also includes hundreds of feet of oceanfront property as well as a pool and putting green for golf.

A 24-hour guard station is among the various buildings the Limbaughs purchased for the mansion.
The property also includes a guest house said to be a replica of the George V Hotel’s Paris Presidential Suite.
Limbaugh also built his own studio on the property which enabled him to broadcast live every day for the last 20+ years of his life.
The property is not listed on MLS or Zillow Wall Street Journal. Real estate experts have suggested demolition might be in order for the buyer as some of the architectural styles are considered obsolete.
Limbaugh, the radio icon and “voice of American conservatism,” died in February 2021 at the age of 70 after years of battling lung cancer.
He was diagnosed with stage IV advanced lung cancer back in February 2020 and hosted his final radio show on February 2, revealing another host was on call should his health deteriorate.
“Well, my friends, that’s it. Another foray into broadcast excellence in a can. I enjoyed being with you today, I always do. And look forward to next time,” he said at the end of the show.
