Princess Diana‘s niece, 31, was joined by the South African-born multi-millionaire, 63, at the Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda show in Sicily earlier this month and shared snaps of the extravagant party on Instagram yesterday.
Unlike his blue-blooded model wife, fashion tycoon Mr. Lewis prefers to stay out of the public eye and social media.

Mr Lewis, looking sharp in a tan suit and white shirt, has one arm around his wife and the other around her close friend Ali Samli, the co-founder of an international luxury lifestyle management group.

Dolce & Gabbana’s presentation took place over several days in Sicily and included a series of parties celebrating the Italian fashion house’s latest high-end fashion and jewelry collections.
Lady Kitty and Michael Lewis went public with their relationship in May 2019 while walking through New York City.
Mr Lewis, who is five years older than Lady Kitty’s father, Earl Spencer, proposed to the society model just before Christmas 2019.
The businessman has three adult children and was married to a woman named Leola in 1985.

Michael and Kitty were joined by family and celebrity friends for their glitzy wedding last summer.
The couple exchanged vows before a silent congregation at Villa Aldobrandini in Frascati, a stunning country residence overlooking Rome.
Michael and Kitty were joined by their sisters, twins Eliza and Amelia; the Marquis and Marchioness of Bath; pop star Pixie Lott and her current husband Oliver Cheshire; Idris Elba’s wife Sabrina; and Made In Chelsea star Mark Vandelli.
Also present were Mr Lewis’ three adult children from a previous marriage. Lady Kitty is said to have developed close relationships with her husband’s children.
Notably absent was the bride’s father, Earl Spencer.
Lady Kitty wore five bespoke dresses from the Italian fashion house over the course of the celebrations.
