
Glory days for Bruce Springsteen fans as The Boss returns for their first UK tour in six years

Rock legend Bruce Springsteen returns to the UK with a string of dates next year.
Springsteen, 72, pictured, will be performing with The E Street Band for the first time since 2017.

Springsteen, a 20-time Grammy Award winner whose hits include “Born to Run”, “Dancing in the Dark” and “Glory Days”, last performed in the UK in 2016.
He will play 31 concerts in Europe next year.
Tickets are expected to cost between £50 and £150 and go on sale at 9am next Thursday.
The concerts will use Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan system, which aims to get more tickets to individual fans, rather than touting bots that buy bulk to sell on resale sites.
Artists like Adele have used the system that requires fans to register before buying a ticket.

The announcement follows the success of the European tour dates, which have sold more than 1.2 million tickets.
The news was announced on Springsteen’s Twitter account in a statement, which read: “Bruce & The E Street Band have announced four UK dates for their 2023 international tour! The new dates mark their first UK shows since June 5, 2016 at Wembley Stadium.
Springsteen has released 20 studio albums in his six-decade career.
His most recent studio album with the E Street Band – Letter To You, which topped the charts in 11 countries – was their first live recording together in decades.
With 20 Grammys, two Golden Globes, an Oscar and a Special Tony Award, Springsteen is one of the best-selling artists in the world.
He was also inducted into the Songwriters Hall of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
